What is needed to book

Charges

      Day of Booking

   1.  We require 50% of the Rental Fee ( per price list)

     30 days before event date:

  1.  30% of the rental amount

  2. Refundable cleanup deposit

  3.  Police Officer fees (if needed)

     A week before the wedding

   1.  Proof of Special Event Liability Insurance. Because it's not paid by Whiterock-Ranch, you can find this     insurance anywhere.  We do have a vendor that you can use to purchase this insurance.

     

     The day of the event date: 

  1.  Remaining 20% of the rental amount

  2.  Any additional fees - (rental items, services, etc.)

     Forms of payment

  Cash, cashier checks, money orders, & all major credit cards.  There will be a 3% service charge for all charged       items.
